Tennis tips: receiving a tennis serve

Take a deep breath before returning a serve
and then let out the breath as you hit the ball.

This requires some timing on your part but it
will increase your anticipation, improve your
timing and increase the power of your return.

The deep breath helps to anchor you and still
the nerves as well. You will be surprised at how
much power you can generate through this
breathing process.
